Description
Where there are students, there's cheap beer, and Across the Street Bar caters to a preppie 18 and up crowd from nearby Southern Methodist University. This warehouse with slab floors is acoustically horrendous when packed for drink specials, but it features live music nonetheless. An exception to its normal scene is Wednesday night's west African drum and dance jam led by Greg Beck.
